Minako says: "I always liked this illustration, so colorful, with the striped aprons and all the fruits. ^^ When Milady told me that Minako was available again in her group, I immediately joined." |

" I must tell... I don't like this costume much XD It's not very well sewn, and it doesn't suit me at all: I look fat in it and it's so orange that even my skin seems to be orange. This is the proof that if a costume looks cute on the picture, it might be a disaster when we bring it to life. :P" |

"Want a funny fact? As my character had both oranges and bananas, I chose to bring bananas in order to reduce the orange colour amount. My mistake was to buy it several days before the event. On the day of the convention, greenish spots had started to appear on it, and it smelled very strongly of bananas... Yes, my fruit had started to go moldy. I had to hide the rotten side on the pictures because it wasn't very glorious XD" |

Minako says: "I was searching for another costume to make for the Harajuku convention. I didn't want to make anything difficult nor expensive, that's why I thought about this cute illustration of the Sailors in sailors outfits. I asked my friends to join me, and they where kinda enthusiastic. ^^ We couldn't find all the characters, but it was a nice group anyway." |

"Making this group was very relaxing : no difficulties, no stress! The weather at the con was a bit cold, but we didn't care. We really had a very good time with these costumes!" |

Minako says: "I love Sailor Moon illustrations! This one was just too cute, I had to make the costume. ^^ I asked my friends if they wanted to do the others characters, and they agreed. We were meant to be 10, but in the end, 4 of us gave up the idea and didn't make the costumes. I wish we could have taken pictures all together, but as we didn't live in the same town, it was not possible, so we took pictures with the ones we could." |

"The costume wasn't difficult to make, but it was quite long since I sewed all the furry parts by hand. Milady gave me Ivy's boot covers pattern and we made the boots together. Without this pattern, I'm sure I would have made ugly boots. XD I liked to wear this costume a lot, I only regret I couldn't find the right shade of orange fabric." |

Minako says: "And one more Minako outfit in my wardrobe! ^.^ I wish I had cut the shirt shorter, and had chosen another fabric for the skirt... But I like it anyway. Nothing else to say about this costume, except I began it in 2008 and finished it in 2009 because I was too lazy to make the pleated skirt :p It was an easy costume, very comfortable to wear." |
